First, we’ll schedule a consultation so I can get to know more about you! Then, we’ll schedule your first session.
We’ll set up a plan based on your goals and schedule. We’ll determine which days of the week and time works best for you, and book your sessions.
From there, I’ll create your personalized training plan and we’ll get to work!
The first session will include some light fitness assessments. Nothing intense, don’t worry! This is more about seeing how you move and to gather some initial data to start tracking progress.
Outside of the studio, I’ll be checking in virtually through your preferred method (email, zoom, text, or phone call) to hold you accountable with simple habit changes outside of the workout!

$90 per session, sessions must be scheduled and paid at least 2 weeks in advance.
